Is student syndrome prevalent among all

What is student syndrome-postponing or is it a form of procrastination or  extending  the time of work  to be done.
                                                   or
The phenomenon that many people will start to fully apply themselves to a task just at the last possible moment before a deadline. This leads to wasting any buffer  built into individual task duration as per Wikipedia.

The process of asking an extension for deadline of a project but when we come for a work if we put pressure there may be many mistakes committed by the pressure are we may got wrong results. but when it is by our passion and free will we can invent many things . In  the past a scientist would into many profession like art ,music & many others ,each would have many inventions credited to their names.

Now-a-days the inventions have become less & a person inventing a single thing in his life time has become much hard. normally as a student we usually say that give me more time i will do it better than before. is it an excuse or we are postponing the work due to our inability.

Multitasking now a days has become a trend. the children try to learn music, dance & others but want to be the toppers even in academics also . they can not concentrate on a single task so they go for extension of  time for their projects to complete.

Upon all this they are prone to peer pressure, stress & they don't know how to vent their energy because there is no physical activities in their day to day life .

Assess the person ?

We the human beings, the most intelligent, cunning etc and so on. Do we need to assess the person What we call "Survival of the fittest " . We are bound to many things which we have to do and we compare ourselves with our fellow beings for the work which we have done. It's a good thing to compare with other person to appreciate him or to know where we lack and make us improve our selves . Now a a days in our life style ,the comparison which should be used for our betterment but it has turned into different aspect of life. That is we get jealous, anger, confusion and what not and then we think are we up to the mark ?

Our struggle starts from here. psychology has many standardized test to assess the people with IQ , EQ,SQ, and intelligence ,physical strength, how well can he handle relations. By all this, he starts making his life messy with problems which seems to be minor.

If he sleeps more or less then the allotted time he feels he is having a problem .
If he gets less marks he compares with others and feels he has a problem.

In this world, now a days people are forgetting what they are achieving but looking beside and feeling that they have not achieved that thing what others have.

Exams fear PARENT & CHILDRENS

Exams induced changes in parents
1)worry among parents to see their children with higher marks than other children, the worry starts as a twitch changes to tension and its continuity becomes stress , it alters into emotional(voilent) burst.

2)As a part of the above creates a problem for him in his routine job. comes homes initiates his child for what he has thought.

3)slowly pressure which was build in the parents gets transfared to the children in the form of sending them to tutions for the subjects where he scores low.

4)As a part of the procedure the father initialy wakes up and takes his child to the tutions.

5) As the time goes on it becomes difficult for him because he has to look after his job also simultaneously and has to handle the stress of his job also.

6) Due to the above entire process series of changes occur forgetting, worry, tension, anxiety, stress, skipping meals, sleep disorders, ill health.

Exams induced changes in Children

1)The childrens worry begins when their starts comparing, with out praising them for getting good result.Due to it child starts thinking than reading and gets tensed that instead of praising him for marks.

2)As a part of it, his concentration decreases, thinking starts about what if i get less marks, due to this thoughts a slight changes occur in his time table.

3)with this thoughts peeping while his studies pressure builds in him that he is wasting his time.slowly anxiety builds up as his thinking increases.

4)As his time is wasted in thinking he increases his time of reading by lowering time for his relaxing that is watching/listening or eating/sleeping time will be reduced.

5)As the time passes examination day approaches complications starts by headache and then change in his apetite & sleep.

6)Due to the above process i.e., severe headache, fever, stomach pain brings down study timing and in turn leads to low results.

After seeing the results parents gets frustrated and starts letting it out in different ways and some of the children may run off from home/suicide may occur.

Pressure should be given to children regarding studies but in low doses that child can handle it by which it will be helpful to both parents and children.

Exams are a part of life which teaches us to how to handle the difficult situation in life here we have supplementary but in life race we have no second chance

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED

No one can be free of anxiety/fear/stress due to exams but we can minimize it

"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity"
its the structured hard work with an appropriate timing

I have not seen a stress free student during or before exams but it should not overcome your daily life activities and even you can do well in the exams with out creating any problems which come due to exam stress

For every Hour or two , Take a break and atleast move from the position you were reading

Its important eat and sllep well

On the exam day have breakfast and leave to examination . Don't be on a fast

ALL THE BEST

As the time of examination approaches nearer or on the examination day.
